Or, you may already know what type of garments you need and are simply looking for a quote. Determine how many garments you will need, then bring us or e-mail your artwork/logo and we will help you go from there.



Before any design can be embroidered, it must be digitizedEmbroidery digitizing is a specialized computer method of converting artwork into a series of commands to be read by an embroidery machine’s computer. Digitizing is extremely important and will determine the quality of the finished embroidery. Every action of the embroidery machine is controlled by the digitized program including the movement of the pantograph to form various stitches, thread changes, thread trims, and many other functions. There is a one time $40 fee for digitizing the artwork. The digitized file is saved into our database for repeat orders. Digitized artworks are for in-house use only.


What is the minimum order?
Our minimum order is 12 garments. We do not do single items. The setup requirements are quite involved and time consuming therefore doing orders less then 12 is simply not feasible. We only embroider on garments that are supplied by us. 


How does pricing work?

Pricing for embroidery depends on the artwork, as well as the style of garment we are embroidering. We specialize in supplying embroidered apparel. When we provide pricing on garments, the embroidery is included in the price. Your artwork and style of garment dictate pricing.


The embroidery itself is based on stitch count. Stitch count refers to the number of stitches used to give proper coverage of the pattern/artwork. The more stitches your artwork requires the more expensive. It takes a lot of stitches to recreate a logo on a garment. The second factor that dictates pricing is the garment. For example, a soft-shell jacket will cost more then say a polo shirt.

How long does an order take?
Embroidery orders are completed in approximately 10-15 working days from start to finish. Larger as well as complex jobs could take longer. If you need your order for a specific date, we strongly advise you to submit your order at least 10-15 days prior to your required delivery date. All work is done in-house. 


In what format do you require the artwork?
We except files in the following formats: ai, eps, pdf, tiff & jpeg. We will not except files that have a low resolution. Our embroidery department will review your artwork and consult with you to ensure that the design is feasible for embroidery. If necessary, we will discuss with you specific changes that could be made to get the most benefit out of embroidering with your original design concept.


What methods of payment do you accept?
We accept payment in the form of Visa, Mastercard, Debit, E-transfers, Check or Cash. All orders are custom therefore require a 50% deposit before your order can be processed. Your order will only be processed once a deposit has been submitted. The balance of your order is due on receipt. We do not do payment terms.
